William Harmon is currently the Head of Gear & Equipment at YETI, overseeing the hard cooler, cargo, and outdoor living categories. Prior to this role, they served as President & General Manager of Goal Zero, where they drove significant financial growth and led the development of award-winning solar generators. They held progressive leadership positions at Reliant Energy, focusing on P&L management and operational excellence, and spent several years in management consulting, including a tenure at Ernst & Young. William earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management & Computer Science from Purdue University and currently serves on the boards of Bike Utah and the Utah Outdoor Association.
