Dragana Ilic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales training and development, currently serving as the Head of Sales Training & Development at Yettel.Srbija since March 2022. Previous roles include Head of Sales Training and Development at Telenor Serbia, where responsibilities involved managing training teams that drove performance and sales for over fifty agents in Serbia and Montenegro. Dragana's background also encompasses program management in philanthropy at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, with a focus on sustainable development in the Western Balkans, and a strong foundation in HR development from the Ministry of Ecology in Serbia. An educational background includes a MA in Psychology from the University of Belgrade and various coaching certifications.
