Allan Tang

Allan Tang is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Chief Accounting Officer at Yext since February 2025. Prior to this role, Allan held various positions at Alation from May 2022 to January 2025, including Chief Accounting Officer, VP of Corporate Controller, and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Allan also worked at Okta, Inc. from July 2019 to June 2022 as Assistant Controller and Senior Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting. Furthermore, experience includes serving as Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Stitch Fix from April 2018 to July 2019 and as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Spruce Finance from June 2016 to March 2018. Allan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Accounting from The University of British Columbia, earned in May 2006.
