Brian Kimmelblatt is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Yext since July 2016, Brian has held various legal positions within the company, including Senior Corporate Counsel and Commercial Counsel. Prior to Yext, Brian was IP Counsel at Makerbot Industries and In-House Counsel at bMobilized Inc. Significant legal experience also includes responsibilities as Associate Of Counsel at the Law Firm of Anthony N. Elia, P.C., where research and drafting on copyright and jurisdictional issues were key tasks. Brian has interned at various organizations, contributing to legal research and support for tech start-ups. Brian earned a JD from Brooklyn Law School, complemented by a certificate in Intellectual Property, Media, and Information Law, and a BS in Biology & Society from Cornell University.
