Hannah Ranowiecki

Hannah Ranowiecki is an experienced professional in employer branding and recruitment marketing, currently serving as the Manager of Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing at Yext since May 2017. In this role, Hannah develops global strategies to attract and retain talent while enhancing the employee experience. Prior positions at Yext include Senior Recruiting Programs Analyst, where the establishment of the company's first dedicated Employer Branding role occurred, and Recruiting Operations Specialist and Coordinator, where operational responsibilities were expanded and recruiting events launched. Before Yext, Hannah worked as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant for Kappa Delta Sorority, and as a Litigation Paralegal at KARR & SHERMAN CO., LPA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from The Ohio State University and a study abroad program at the University of Oxford focusing on International Law and Legal Studies.
