Ho Shin

Ho Shin is the EVP and General Counsel at Yext, responsible for all global legal and regulatory matters including guiding the company through its IPO and listing on NYSE. Prior to this, Ho served as the General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer at Millennial Media where Ho led the company through a successful IPO, follow-on offering, and sale to Verizon/Aol. Ho also has experience working in various legal roles at U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Octagon Athletes & Personalities, Advertising.com/AOL, U.S. Department of Justice, and Arnold & Porter. Ho holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BS in Biology from University of Maryland.
