Kamelia Gouchev

Kamelia Gouchev is an accomplished executive in customer success and technology management, currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Success at Yext since November 2023. Previously, Kamelia held the role of SVP, Customer Success at Virtana Corp. and served as Customer Success Director for Key Accounts & Public Sector at New Relic, Inc. Kamelia's extensive experience at Oracle spanned over a decade in various leadership positions, including Director of the Program Office and Director of Customer Success. Earlier in the career, Kamelia worked as a Senior Database Consultant at Oxford Global Resources and as an Associate Consultant at W.P. Corcoran. Kamelia holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the American University in Bulgaria.
