Kevin Diaz

Kevin Diaz serves as a Systems Engineer at Yext since August 2021, overseeing the configuration and management of over 2000 CentOS and RedHat Linux servers in various environments, including Baremetal, OpenStack, AWS, and GCP. Proficient in writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terragrunt, Terraform, and Ansible, Kevin has successfully developed Python and Bash scripts to streamline processes and enhance CI/CD pipelines. Previously, Kevin worked as an IT Specialist at Columbia Secondary School, addressing hardware and software issues, managing a G Suite domain, and creating IT documentation. In early development roles, contributions included expanding Grafana monitoring software and refactoring MATLAB code at Columbia University. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Security from John Jay College.
