We combine innovation with ancient techniques: Yflavour produces authentic and delicious flavours for the alternative protein market using innovative fermentation technology. We follow a B2B approach providing healthy and vegan flavour solutions for alternative protein producers. Our adaptable technology allows us to offer tailor-made flavours to companies who struggle with sales due to unmet consumer satisfaction. The solution is to incorporate our aroma into their mixture, for example plant-based meats. Our product is a fine-grained powder and mixes easily with alternative meats. This ensures a delicious and stable meaty taste after cooking.

Next level fermentation to protect the planet. Our motivation is to support our community in means of maintaining a good and healthy quality of life for the future generations. Therefore, we are upcycling side streams from industrial food companies by using them as feedstock for our sustainable, GMO-free bioprocess. Through fine-tuning of various process parameters, we overproduce specific aroma precursors in high amounts. Thereby we can offer a complex variety of delicious aroma products from sweet to savory applications, such as bakery, superfoods, sauces and many more. We offer a sustainable solution to boost an environmentally friendly food alternative compared to intensive livestock farming. This novel technology allows us to use non-GMOs to produce various distinct flavours to serve different taste preferences around the world.
