Alvin Tse's work experience includes being the Head of Pension and Employee Benefits at YF Life Insurance International Limited since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Agency Performance at Prudential Hong Kong from September 2020 to May 2021. From September 2017 to September 2020, they served as the Head of Co-branded Sales Partnership at Principal Hong Kong. Additionally, they held positions such as Director of Learning & Development Centre at Sun Life Financial from December 2016 to September 2017, Associate Director of Bancassurance at Standard Chartered Bank from March 2016 to November 2016, Director of Sales and Development at FWD Insurance from December 2013 to January 2016, Manager of Financial Services Training at Hang Seng Bank from May 2010 to December 2013, and Assistant Training Manager at Manulife from May 2007 to May 2010.

Alvin Tse has a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance from The University of Hong Kong. Alvin also participated in the HKU Worldwide Undergraduate Student Exchange Scholarship program at Simon Fraser University. Alvin then pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics for Finance and Actuarial Science at both the City University of Hong Kong and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.

In addition to their formal education, Alvin has obtained several certifications. Alvin is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) from the Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong. Alvin also holds the CFP®(PRC) certification from the Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd. Alvin is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a DISC Certified Behavioral Consultant from the Institute for Motivational Living, and a Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI) from LOMA. Furthermore, they have completed the Professional Patterns of Management program from Kinder Brothers International.
