Sagar Shah

Sagar is responsible for preparing and reviewing Management Reports, for YFM & the group and reviewing annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Preparing, reviewing & submitting quarterly VAT returns and assisting with the annual audit preparation, and working with Business Financial Controller and the accounts team.

Sagar is a part-qualified accountant, who started his career at Sopher & Co Chartered Accountants in London, working as a management accountant for a range of clients, many PE-backed. He then had a formative spell at a newly established hospitality business, where he helped develop and embed the company’s financial systems. Most recently he was Group Assistant Financial Controller at Bauer Group in Leeds.
