Sandra Jörgler

Sandra J is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources and employee experience initiatives across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of People & Experience for the Americas at Shell Recharge, Sandra J oversees Total Rewards, HR Operations, and business partnering while implementing strategic HR solutions and enhancing employee experience. Previous roles include Director of People at Chrome River Technologies, where Sandra J established the first HR team and developed key HR programs, and Manager of Human Resources at GLOVIS America, handling employee relations and total rewards for a large workforce. Sandra J holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
