Neal Hutchinson

Neal Hutchinson has over 40 years of extensive experience in product development and technology management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Technologies and Regulatory at YG Laboratories since 2002, Neal previously held positions such as Director of Technology at Earth Science from 1996 to 2002, Director of Protectant Technology at Armor All Products from 1993 to 1996, and Manager of Product Development at Redken from 1989 to 1993. Earlier in their career, Neal worked as a Process Development Engineer at Procter & Gamble from 1986 to 1989 and as Manager of Research at Vidal Sassoon from 1979 to 1986.
