Thomas Tynor

Thomas Tynor has a diverse range of work experience in the IT industry. Thomas is currently employed as the Partner and Head of IT at Yggdrasil since October 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Centrica Energy Trading from 2012 to 2018, where they held the roles of Software Architect and Senior Software Developer. In these roles, they were responsible for developing performance critical RESTful backend webservices, designing and developing databases, managing the Continuous Delivery pipeline, and developing web and desktop applications for data visualization. Thomas also worked at Conscius from 2011 to 2012 as a Software Engineer and Software Consultant. During this time, they worked on various projects in the financial and energy sector, including the implementation of a custody account solution for MarketShare. Additionally, they completed an internship at Progressive Media in 2010, where they worked on implementing Android support for the company's gaming development platform.

Thomas Tynor has a strong educational background in the field of Information Technology and Computer Science. Thomas completed a Diploma in IT with a specialization in Programming of large Object Oriented Systems from Aarhus University, from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended the University College of Northern Denmark from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Design, Web communication, and Business strategy.

Before starting their higher education, Thomas Tynor completed their high school education at Aalborghus Gymnasium from 2004 to 2007. There, they obtained a Studentereksamen, with a major in Mathematics.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Thomas Tynor has also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in January 2014.
