Chris Casciato

Chris Casciato is a Managing Director at Lightyear Capital and a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Lightyear in 2008, Mr. Casciato spent over 20 years at Goldman Sachs where he was elected Partner in 2000. Mr. Casciato’s most recent role was as a Partner in the financial institutions group. Mr. Casciato also held several additional senior roles at Goldman Sachs. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Casciato spent five years as an officer in the United States Army. Mr. Casciato holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was class valedictorian, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
