Daniel Ruiz is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in technical support and management. Since July 2018, Daniel has held dual roles at YHA Australia as an Information Technology Support Analyst and Reception - Duty Manager. Prior to this, Daniel worked at HB Networks, providing IT technical support from December 2019 to March 2020. Daniel's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kent Institute Australia (2019-2021) and a Diploma of Information Technology from Academies Australasia Polytechnic (2018-2019).
