Pawan Kumar Rishu

Pawan Kumar Rishu is a co-founder and COO of YHills, where the focus is on empowering global youth through blended experiences, a role held since February 2021. In addition, Pawan is currently involved in building Xencus, an Edutech innovation company that offers digital marketing services and training solutions, starting in April 2023. Previously, Pawan founded Internspool and served as a Senior Operations Associate at Verzeo, where efforts were concentrated on optimizing program costs. Early career experiences include an internship at GMT Industries Limited and a summer internship at Diesel Locomotive Works, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Basic education was completed at Vikas Vidyalaya, Ranchi.
