Alberto Cuesta Cañada has a diverse range of work experience in the blockchain industry. Alberto has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise and knowledge in this field.

In 2018, Albert Cuesta Cañada worked as a Smart Contracts Developer at CementDAO, where they designed, implemented, and tested smart contracts in Solidity. Alberto also developed a fixed point math library used by Celo and PoolTogether.

During the same year, they served as a Regional Liaison at VAKT Global Ltd, where they assisted in establishing a blockchain software development branch in Lisbon, Portugal. Alberto'sresponsibilities included identifying and recommending local recruitment agencies and supporting company set up.

In 2019, Albert Cuesta Cañada joined Vitro Technology Corporation as a Blockchain Architect. Alberto was responsible for understanding business ideas and proposing technology implementations. One of their notable projects was Authentics, an investment platform coupled with utility delivery projects using hardware authenticated data and payments for blockchain financial instruments.

Alberto also worked as a Blockchain and Solutions Architect at AllianceBlock in 2019. Alberto'srole involved simplifying capital markets through the building of a Decentralized Finance Ecosystem, integrating a unique Regulatory and Compliance Framework.

Starting in 2018, they were the Chief Architect for Tech HQ, where they led solution architecture for various projects, including over 20 blockchain projects. Alberto engaged and led technical teams from design to implementation.

In the same year, they also worked as a Blockchain Architect, Consultant, and Developer at albertocuesta.es. Alberto designed and built blockchain solutions, taking into account clients' business requirements and budget constraints.

From January to June 2020, they served as a Blockchain Expert at Blockpool.eu, a project co-funded by the European Commission that initiated an acceleration program for start-ups and SMEs working on promising blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) projects.

In 2020, they joined Beyondskills as a Blockchain Lead Instructor, leading the creation of blockchain courses from the syllabus stage until public release. Alberto personally developed a course titled "Practical Blockchain Fundamentals" with extensive content, including slides, videos, case studies, and lab exercises.

Currently, they work as the Lead Engineer at Yield Protocol.

Alberto Cuesta Cañada's education history starts in 1998 when they attended the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) to pursue a degree in Computer Science Engineering, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. Alberto completed this program in 2005.

During their time at UPV, Alberto also had the opportunity to study abroad as they participated in the Erasmus program at the Università degli Studi di Genova in 2001-2002. Alberto continued their studies in the field of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence in this program.

In 2003-2004, Alberto received a PROMOE Scholarship and studied at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they further developed their knowledge in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.

After their initial studies, Alberto went on to pursue a Master's degree in Parallel and Distributed Computing at the Universitat Politècnica de València from 2006 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Alberto Cuesta Cañada has obtained various certifications in their field. In 2010, they became a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner, certified by the APM Group. In 2011, they obtained the Platform Symphony 5.1 Administrator certification from Platform Computing. In 2017, they achieved the TOGAF 9.1 Certified credential from The Open Group and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon.
