Jakub Hemerka

Jakub Hemerka has a diverse range of work experience in various companies and roles. Jakub started their career in 2008 as a Key Account Manager at Medica Healthworld a.s. where they were responsible for acquiring customers, proposing marketing solutions, managing projects, and building client relationships. Jakub then co-founded and served as CEO of DENTALIS Bohemia s.r.o. & Dentalis Plus s.r.o. from 2011 to 2016.

In 2010, Jakub co-founded IT Logica s.r.o. and held the position of Sales Director, co-founder, and co-owner until 2014. Jakub co-founded Email Machine s.r.o. in 2014 and was involved in its operations as a co-founder for a year.

From 2014 to 2016, Jakub served as the Chief Financial Officer at The Inviter Ltd. During this time, they were responsible for managing the company's financial activities. In 2015, they started working as a Co-Owner at ARDECON Accounting s.r.o., where they were involved in external financial management, business development, strategic consulting, and acquiring new clients.

In 2015, Jakub also took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Bileto Technologies, a start-up company, where they were responsible for financial planning, managing accounting and finance, and negotiating with investors. Jakub left this role in 2018.

Jakub served as an External CFO at Yieldigo in 2016, where they provided financial management and advisory services. In 2017, they became the Chief Financial Officer at KARO - Leather Company s.r.o., where they focused on managing finances, optimizing operational and investment financing, and creating long-term strategic plans.

Lastly, Jakub started ARDECON Consulting s.r.o. in 2013 and continued to work as the Owner until the present. In this role, they are responsible for business development, financial management and control, strategic consulting and advising, investment and CF planning, and general management. The company specializes in providing external financial management and advisory services, as well as full-service investment management. They focus on acquiring and controlling private companies, commercial real estate, and highly-profitable start-ups in the Central Europe region.

Jakub Hemerka's education history starts in 2007 when they were part of their bachelor's studies in Business Administration at Universidad Politecnica de Valencia, Espa\u0148a. Jakub then went on to attend NEWTON University from 2006 to 2009, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Economy & Management. Continuing their education, they attended Brno University of Technology from 2009 to 2011 and obtained an Ing. degree in European Business & Finance. Lastly, in 2010 to 2011, they enrolled in Nottingham Trent University, where they completed their Master of Science degree in European Business & Finance.
