Vignesh Sivaguru

Vignesh Sivaguru has a diverse range of work experience. Vignesh is currently working as a People Operations Associate at Yieldstreet since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Allstate where they held various roles including HR Operations Consultant from July 2021 to December 2021, Management Consultant from July 2020 to July 2021, and Sales and Education Analyst from July 2019 to July 2020.

Before joining Allstate, Vignesh worked as a Social Media Manager at Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from September 2018 to May 2019. Vignesh also gained experience as a Marketing and Communications Intern at the University of Illinois College of Law from January 2018 to May 2019, where they were responsible for developing communication strategies, proofreading and editing materials, and managing social media channels.

Additionally, Vignesh has held positions such as Outreach Coordinator at Illinois PIRG from September 2018 to December 2018, Assistant Social Media Director at The Daily Illini from September 2017 to September 2018, Social Media and Communications Intern at Democracy Initiative from May 2018 to August 2018, and Community Advisory Panel Legislative Aide at the Office of State Representative Carol Ammons from January 2018 to June 2018.

Vignesh also gained experience as a Communications and Media Intern at Friends of Carol Ammons from August 2017 to December 2017 and as a Research Assistant at Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology from April 2014 to December 2016.

Vignesh Sivaguru completed their high school education at Mahomet Seymour High School from 2011 to 2015, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on General Education. Following this, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications.
