Oguz Bayram has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Oguz started their career at Hurriyet as a Software Developer from 2000 to 2002. Oguz then worked at VERIPARK as a Software Developer in 2003. After that, they worked as a Freelance Software Architect from 2004 to 2005.
In 2005, Oguz joined Netron Technology as a Software Development Manager, where they led a development team, turned a CMS into a turnkey product, and supported marketing and sales functions.
Oguz then worked at Turkish Airlines as an E-Commerce Product Manager from 2009 to 2010, managing online travel booking platforms and driving optimizations to increase conversion rates.
From 2010 to 2014, Oguz worked at McCANN Istanbul as a Digital Director, leading digital operations and initiatives for top-notch brands like Turkish Airlines, Coca-Cola, Nestle, L’Oréal Paris, and Akbank.
In 2014, Oguz joined Arçelik Global as the Head of E-Commerce - Alternative Channels, where they improved the marketplace shopping journey, optimized the digital shelf, and drove growth. Oguz later became the Global Head of Digital Experience & Digital Marketing - Beko, Grundig, leading global digital initiatives such as digital marketing, CX, UX, e-commerce growth, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and SEO.
Currently, Oguz works at Yıldız Holding as a Project Director at Chairman's Office, leading eCommerce-focused digital transformation and innovation programs across the organization and influencing senior leadership in digital strategy setting and planning.
Oguz Bayram completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Marmara University from 1997 to 2002.
