Ivar Lysberg

Ivar Lysberg has a strong background in the oil and gas industry, with over 20 years of experience. Ivar started their career at Aibel, where they worked as a Senior Process Engineer from 1997 to 2004. Ivar then transitioned into the role of Sales & Marketing Manager at Aibel from 2004 to 2007. After that, they joined Fred. Olsen Production as a Project Manager, Process from 2007 to 2009. Ivar was then promoted to Vice President, Operations at Fred. Olsen Production, a position they held from 2009 to 2014. Currently, they are working at Yinson Production AS, where they have held the positions of Vice President Operations from 2014 to 2015, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President Operations.

Ivar Lysberg earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 1993 and 1995. Ivar also obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Energy from the same university in 1995.
