Yinson
Robell Abdul Samad serves as the Group Senior Director of Talent and HR Operations at Yinson, a position held since March 2016, overseeing the center of excellence for talent acquisition, management, and development, while shaping leadership development and organizational culture. Previous roles at Yinson include Group Head of Talent, Leadership & Culture, and HR & Crewing Manager in Ghana, where Robell managed HR operations for onshore employees and offshore crew. Additionally, Robell contributes as a Leadership Coach for INSEAD Executive Education, focusing on cross-cultural awareness, and as a Partner Executive & Ambassador for One Young World, enhancing leadership development for young leaders. Earlier experience includes several HR roles at Transocean and a national service program at Newmont Corporation.
