Juha Kostiainen

Juha Kostiainen is an accomplished executive in urban development and sustainability with extensive experience in leadership roles at prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Urban Development at YIT since November 2012, Kostiainen oversees major urban and project development initiatives and is a member of the group's management board. Prior to this, Kostiainen held various senior positions at YIT, including Senior Vice President of Sustainable Urban Development and Senior Vice President of Urban Development and Corporate Relations. Kostiainen's career includes leadership roles at Sitra, Finnish Innovation Fund, and the City of Tampere, along with managing positions in the development of healthcare technology clusters. Kostiainen possesses advanced degrees in Regional Studies and Industrial Economics, and completed the Advanced Management Development Programme at Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
