Kaisa Mannonen has extensive experience in HR capability development, systems management, and analytics within the construction and technology sectors. Notably, Kaisa served as Senior Manager of HR Capability Development and Head of HR Systems at Lemminkäinen, where responsibilities included the development of HR systems, group-level solutions, and analytics. Following a brief tenure at YIT as Senior Manager for HR Capability Development, Kaisa has taken on multiple leadership roles, including Head of Development for business-critical projects and Service Area Manager positions. Kaisa's background also includes significant experience in SAP HR consulting and project management at Logica and Nixdorf Computer, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration focused on Computer Science.
