Sanna-Mari Kauko

Sanna-Mari Kauko began their work experience in 2016 as an Intern at the Finnish National Board of Education, where they maintained the second-grade education application system. Sanna-Mari then transitioned to YIT, starting as an HR Trainee and progressing to roles such as Project Manager, Senior Human Resources Specialist, and HR Business Partner, where they provided daily support to managers and employees, managed trainee programs, and implemented group-level annual people processes. Currently, they hold the role of VP, HR, Infrastructure at YIT.

Sanna-Mari Kauko completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration at the University of Vaasa from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they pursued their Master's Degree in Public Administration at the same university from 2015 to 2018.
