Tarja Leinonen

Tarja Leinonen has an extensive career at YIT, a leading urban developer and construction company, spanning over three decades since 1989. Currently serving as Head of People Operations and Services since April 2012, Tarja has taken on various roles, including HR Manager focused on compensation, benefits, and employment relations, and Industrial Relations Manager. Earlier positions include HR Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator in YIT Construction Services, as well as HR Assistant.
