Qi Men

Qi Men serves as the Managing Partner and Counsel at YK Law LLP since June 2020, specializing in legal and regulatory matters for investment banks and private equity firms, with a focus on corporate client guidance during reorganization and financing processes, including IPOs and SEC compliance. Prior experience includes an Associate Attorney role at White&Wolnerman PLLC, where successful business development led to substantial client engagements, and a background in legal education and reform initiatives during time as Special Education Consultant and Assistant Director of Admissions at Brooklyn Law School. Qi Men also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Beijing International Studies University.
