Manoj Shambharkar is the SVP of Client Engagement at Y&L Consulting. Manoj has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, working with clients in various industries including insurance, banking, and ecommerce.

Manoj started their career as a Lead at Patni Computer Systems in 1996. Manoj then moved to Thrivent Financial for Lutherans as a Sr Program Manager in 2001. In 2004, they joined JP Morgan Chase as a Program Manager.

In 2005, Manoj joined USAA as an Engagement Manager. Manoj was promoted to Sr. Engagement Manager in 2008 and managed large teams of Data Management, Testing Center of Excellence, Banking & Insurance Domains. Manoj left USAA in 2015 to join Hexaware Technologies as a Director & Client Partner.

Manoj has been with Y&L Consulting since 2016 and currently serves as the SVP of Client Engagement. Manoj has extensive experience managing engagements across multiple clients and industries, and has led various ecommerce initiatives at the enterprise level.

Manoj Shambharkar has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Texas A&M University-San Antonio, a MCA in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and a degree from Somalwar High School.

Manoj Shambharkar reports to Erach Songadwala, President, CEO. They work with Lynda Baldwin - Chief Administrative Officer, Liz Flores-Perez - SVP Recruiting, and Shaun Williams - SVP & Global Head - Y&L Digital.
