Liz Flores-Perez has held various senior positions in the recruiting field since the late 1990s. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of IT Recruiting at Y&L Consulting, Inc. and Sistema Technologies, Liz is in charge of leading global recruiting efforts across multiple locations. With previous experience in companies such as MATRIX and InfoVision Consultants, Liz has a strong background in managing and overseeing recruitment teams. Liz received their education from The University of Texas at Dallas.
