Rodney Larios has extensive experience in human resources, quality assurance, and customer support, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Customer Support Specialist Team Lead at Y&L Consulting, Inc. since October 2019. Prior to this role, Rodney served in the US Army from January 2006 to May 2014 as a Power Generation Equipment Repairer, where responsibilities included monitoring, maintaining, managing, and repairing multiple generator systems, as well as training and supervising operators and apprentice repairers. Rodney attended Southern Careers Institute in San Antonio, earning a degree as a Computer Support Specialist in Information Technology, and graduated from Southwest High School in August 2003.
