Alon Shenkler

Alon Shenkler has significant experience in technology and security, currently serving as an Insider at YL Ventures since 2021, contributing expertise to support portfolio companies within the Israeli ecosystem. Previously, as Co-Founder and VP of R&D at Grip Security from January 2021 to February 2024, Alon focused on enhancing visibility and security for enterprise SaaS applications. Prior roles include Deep Learning Researcher at Hailo, leading complex research in computer vision and deep learning, Development Team Lead at Sygnia, overseeing operations of advanced security software systems, and a role as a Software Engineer in Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200. Alon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, earned between 2010 and 2018.
