Gye Cohen

Gye Cohen, Director of Operations at YL Ventures, manages the operations at the firm’s Tel Aviv office and assists in the firm’s marketing, finance, and human resources efforts.

Gye leads the Israeli office’s hiring, welfare, compensation, and benefits processes and provides immense ongoing value-add support to the firm’s portfolio companies with operational and logistical necessities, as well as recruitment efforts including vetting candidates and sourcing leads for specific placements. She plays an integral part in the firm’s marketing activities and supports event logistics and operations to strengthen relationships with YL Ventures’ network.

Prior to YL Ventures, Gye was the Operational Office Manager at SOSA, a global open innovation company, where she supported activities related to value creation, marketing, community, and events.
