Linor Shust

Linor Shust is the current VP HR at YL Ventures. Prior to this, they were the Director of People at Axonius from July 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they built the company’s global HR department and lead both the HR and Office Operations functions. Linor also created HR strategies and goals to support the company’s hyper-growth (from 30 employees to 200 employees globally) and business needs. Furthermore, they built the company’s global HR infrastructure from the ground up including HR systems, processes, policies, employee development, and managed the company’s employer branding program.

Before Axonius, Linor was the Human Resources Generalist at Argus Cyber Security Ltd. from December 2018 to July 2019 where they took part in the company’s HR efforts. This included working on various HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, employee experience efforts, etc. Linor was also the Operations Manager at Cymmetria from May 2017 to November 2018 and the Fill in Coordinator of Junior Academic Staff at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from January 2017 to April 2017. Additionally, they were an Office Assistant at Student Accounts Section - Student Position at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from December 2013 to November 2016.

Linor Shust holds a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

They are on a team with Gye Cohen - Director of Operations, Andy Ellis - Operating Partner, and Ofer Schreiber - Senior Partner. Linor Shust reports to Yoav Andrew Leitersdorf, Managing Partner.
