Shlomi Matichin

Shlomi Matichin is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in SaaS security, R&D, and DevOps. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO of Valence Security since March 2021, Shlomi focuses on providing actionable insights into SaaS risks. As an insider at YL Ventures, Shlomi contributes expertise to support Israeli portfolio companies. Previous roles include Consultant for startups (2018-2021), Co-Founder and CTO at Capester (2015-2017), Track Leader at Stratoscale (2013-2015), Software Manager at LiveU (2010-2013), VP R&D at Bzeek (2007-2009), and Software Engineer for the Government of Israel (2002-2007). Shlomi holds an M.A. in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.A. in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel.
