Mireille Umutoni Sekamana

Senior Design Researcher at YLabs

Mireille is a designer and youth champion from Rwanda. With her background as a debater and advocate for adolescent sexual reproductive health, she raises her voice to educate fellow youth about health, rights, and opportunities. She is currently helping in content development, improving the service, visual, and UX design for a youth-centered digital platform in Rwanda, and ensuring that young people’s voices are reflected in the design and implementation of the platform.

She has an Advanced Diploma in Information Systems from Akilah Institute.
