Luis Klefsjo

Luis (Edward) Klefsjo is an experienced professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as Head of Product Design and Delivery Manager at YLD since March 2017. Prior roles include Digital Product & UX Designer at Make Us Proud from March 2016 to January 2020, and UX & Design Lead at Doctorlink from February 2018 to January 2019. Additionally, Luis has contributed as a UX Co-Instructor and Expert in Residence at General Assembly.
