Kim Ignatius

Kim Ignatius is an accomplished board member and financial executive with extensive experience in governance and audit committees across various organizations. Currently serving on the boards of Pihlajalinna, Duell Corporation, Yliopiston Apteekki, and Elisa, Kim has held prominent roles including Chair and Vice Chair of audit committees. Notably, Kim led Rovio Entertainment Corporation as Chair of the Board until September 2023 and held the Chair position at the Directors' Institute Finland until May 2023. Previous experience includes significant roles at Fortum, Sanoma Corporation, and Millicom International Cellular S.A., showcasing a strong background in finance and strategic leadership. Kim earned a BS in Economics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and completed secondary education at Töölön Yhteiskoulu.
