About

YLWBUG is a transformative consulting firm dedicated to informing, inspiring, and empowering organizations through purpose-driven solutions. We specialize in guiding transformational change for individuals and organizations by ensuring clarity around the 'why' behind every journey.

Our name originates from a yellow 1970's VW Beetle—a vehicle for transformation in our founder's life. Her father's "why" for every journey was his child's future, and those experiences profoundly shaped who she is today. This personal story grounds our belief that lasting change must be firmly rooted in purpose.
