Charlotte Cole

Charlotte Cole has extensive experience in fundraising and individual giving, currently serving as the Head of Fundraising at YMCA England & Wales since August 2017. Previously, Charlotte held significant roles at NSPCC, progressing from Individual Giving Fundraiser to Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser, focusing on donor acquisition and retention. Earlier experience includes positions at Barnardo's as a Direct Marketing Assistant and Intern, as well as her early career in fundraising roles at NSPCC. Charlotte holds an Executive MBA from the University of Essex and a Diploma in Direct and Digital Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Literature from the University of Essex.
