Jaleesa Nance

Jaleesa Nance is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Recruiting Operations at Nance Staffing, with additional roles as Sr. Creative Recruiter for Black Girl Group and Recruiter for YMCA of Greensboro. Jaleesa has also founded Endless Impressions, an online t-shirt shop, and previously held positions as a Technology Recruiter at Aquent and a Commercial Recruiter II at Kelly, where Jaleesa focused on building strong business relationships and maintaining operational effectiveness. Jaleesa holds a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership with a concentration in Business from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
