Helen Playle

Helen Playle is the Director of Mental Wellness Programs at YMCA BC, where they focus on promoting mental health initiatives. Previously, Helen worked as a Manager of Mental Wellness Programs at YMCA of Greater Vancouver and held various roles at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust, including Senior Manager and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. Helen's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Exeter. Currently, they also serve as a Counsellor at Oak Counselling Services Society.
