Gena Runnion

Gena Runnion currently serves as the Development and Alumni Relations Director at YMCA Camp Greenville since December 2021. Prior experience includes an Academic Coach role at Greenville Technical College from October 2016 to September 2019, where strategies were employed to assist students in achieving academic goals and maintaining scholarships. From June 2009 to June 2016, Gena held the position of Director of Business Operations at Jack Runnion, Ltd., overseeing inventory analysis, accounts receivable, and marketing. Gena also served as the Director of Greek Life at the University of South Carolina from June 1997 to June 2008, directing programs for a community of 33 fraternities and sororities. Earlier roles include Student Life Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas and Chapter Coordinator and National Consultant at Chi Omega Fraternity Executive Headquarters. Gena Runnion earned a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from the University of Arkansas.
