Sarah May Kershaw

Sarah May Kershaw serves as the Head of Communications & External Relations for YMCA St Paul’s Group since July 2021, providing strategic leadership in marketing and crisis communications while managing a newly formed team. Previously, Sarah led the PR & Communications team at Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity from April 2014 to July 2021, shaping integrated communication strategies in collaboration with senior leadership. Earlier career experiences include roles at Frank PR, Fuel PR, Hemyca Ltd, and HM Revenue & Customs, contributing to a comprehensive background in public relations and communications. Sarah holds a BA (Hons) in Journalism and English from Northumbria University, achieved in 2010.
