Angie Rusbridge

Angie Rusbridge is a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Chief Finance Officer at YMCA Norfolk since January 2024, Angie previously held the position of Director of Finance, Risk & Compliance at Christians Against Poverty from November 2016 to January 2024, focusing on assisting individuals in overcoming debt and poverty. Prior roles include Assistant Director at NEL CSU, where Angie led the Continuing Healthcare Business MDT, and Senior Accountant at NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups, providing comprehensive management accounting services. Angie’s career also encompasses positions as Interim Senior Contract Accountant at NHS Norfolk and Head of Provider Accounts at Norfolk Community Health and Care. Angie holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Birmingham, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
