Mary-Anne Pasina is an experienced HRIS Payroll Systems Manager at YMCA of Auckland Inc since October 2021, providing operational HR support in alignment with organizational policies and legal requirements. Previously, Mary-Anne served as a Human Resources Information System Analyst and HRIS Specialist at Carter Holt Harvey Woodproducts, and as an HR Analyst at Manukau Institute of Technology, where responsibilities included managing HR data, supporting remuneration reviews, and enhancing HR administrative processes. Additional roles include Senior Payroll Analyst at Chapman Tripp, HR Solutions Consultant and Payroll Coordinator at Air New Zealand, and Service Desk Analyst positions at Datacom. Mary-Anne holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Manukau Institute of Technology and a New Zealand Diploma in Business from Crown Institute.
