We believe in the power of inspired and connected communities, where people feel safe and are motivated to reach their full potential. We reinvest back into our communities and our values of Caring, Respect, Honesty and Responsibility are the core of our culture. The valued connections and friendships we build with our colleagues are lifelong - when you join The Y you're joining a big family! Our employees and careers represent many lifestyles and reflect the diversity of the communities we serve, with at least 49 different ethnicities across our workforce and jobs and hours to suit everyone’s stage of life from 14-70+. Our varied services and activities range from early learning and children’s out of school care, fitness and recreation, school camps and outdoor education, aquatics, and accommodation. We offer a wide range of career pathways and development opportunities - you’ll be supported with in-house training, apprenticeship opportunities, or obtaining professional certifications to help you reach your career goals.
