Renée Sheridan is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in yoga instruction, performance, and communication. Currently serving as a Yoga Instructor for the Yoga Education In Prisons Trust since 2021, Renée volunteers to provide transformative yoga practices for inmates, focusing on rehabilitation from trauma and addiction. Concurrently, Renée teaches yoga at Embodied Communication and YMCA of Auckland Inc, embracing the diverse community and its unique needs. An accomplished actor involved with Auckland Actors Ltd since 2015, Renée has a rich background in film, music, and theatre, also contributing as a writer and director. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Performance & Acting from Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School and multiple certifications in yoga and mind-body therapies from various esteemed institutions.
