Gladys Jaimes

Gladys Jaimes has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Greater Austin YMCA since February 2016, where previous roles included Senior Manager and Manager positions in talent acquisition and human capital management. Prior to this, Gladys held a temporary role as a Human Resources Assistant at Foundation Communities and worked at Toys"R" Us in various capacities, including Assistant Store Manager of Operations and Human Resources Department Supervisor.
