YMCA of Central Florida
Kevin Bolding has held various roles within the YMCA organization. Kevin began their career at the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit in 1996 as a Branch Executive and District Vice President. In 2006, they moved on to the YMCA of South Florida, where they served as a District Vice President and Branch Executive for three years. In 2009, they joined the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh, initially as a District Vice President before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Kevin ultimately became the President & CEO of the organization in 2016. Recently, in 2021, they transitioned to their current role as President & CEO of the YMCA of Central Florida. Kevin Bolding's work experience demonstrates their long-standing commitment to the YMCA and their progressive leadership within the organization.
Kevin Bolding holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. In addition, they have obtained the certifications "Class 103" from Leadership Orlando and "Leadership at the Peak" from the Center for Creative Leadership in the years 2023 and 2015 respectively.
